Returns
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible using the details above.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase unless otherwise agreed by the Company.
Change Of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, unused goods may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt. Where accepted, an exchange or credit note may be issued.
A re-stocking charge may apply to returned goods that are not defective.
Re-Stocking Charge
Returned goods that are not faulty may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This charge helps cover administration, handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or bespoke supply reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These may include incontinence products, hosiery, personal care items, custom-made products, bespoke products, specially ordered items, or products that have been used.

Special Orders And Bespoke Items
Specially ordered, custom-made, or bespoke items cannot usually be cancelled or returned once ordered. Deposits paid for these items may be retained, and further charges may apply depending on the stage of manufacture or supply.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved for an item purchased by debit or credit card, the refund will usually be made back to the original card used for payment.
Where a card refund is not possible, a credit note may be issued.
Credit Notes
Any credit note issued by Additional Aids Mobility Ltd is valid for 28 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Faulty Or Misdescribed Goods
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returning Goods Safely
Goods returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Additional Aids Mobility Ltd. We recommend using a suitable signed-for delivery service and insuring items against loss or damage.
