Do you offer home assessments before I buy a mobility scooter, wheelchair, or stairlift?

Yes. A qualified assessor can visit your home—free of charge and without obligation—to check access, measure doorways, and confirm the product will suit your space and lifestyle.

How long does delivery and installation take?

Stock items such as most scooters, wheelchairs, and beds arrive within 3‑5 working days. Stairlifts and custom seating are typically installed 7‑10 days after the site survey. We’ll agree a date and give you a two‑hour arrival window.

Is there a warranty on your products?

All new purchases include at least a 12‑month parts‑and‑labour warranty. Scooters, powerchairs, and stairlifts come with 24 months as standard, and you can extend cover up to five years.

Do you service and repair equipment purchased elsewhere?

Absolutely. Our engineers maintain and repair most major brands, even if you didn’t buy from us. Just call with the make, model, and a brief description of the issue.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. You can test‑drive scooters, wheelchairs, chairs, and beds in our showroom. For larger items like stairlifts we offer virtual demos and can arrange a no‑cost home demonstration if required.

Do you provide short‑term rentals?

We rent manual wheelchairs on weekly or monthly plans. Rentals include maintenance, and your first month’s rent can be credited toward a purchase if you decide to buy.

What areas do you cover for delivery and call‑outs?

We serve the entire local region, with no extra charge within a 40‑mile radius of our showroom. Outside that area, a small mileage fee may apply—just ask for a quote.

How do I care for my mobility scooter battery?

Charge the battery after every use, store the scooter in a dry place, and schedule an annual service. We’ll test the battery during each service and let you know when it needs replacement.

Can beds and chairs be customised for size or pressure relief?

Yes. Our profiling beds and rise‑and‑recline chairs can be specified by width, height, mattress or foam type, and pressure‑relief rating. Standard custom orders take 2‑3 weeks.

Do you recycle or remove old equipment?

We offer free removal of your old bed, chair, or mobility device when we deliver a new one, ensuring it’s either donated, recycled, or disposed of responsibly.
