Thorough Assessments & Friendly Advice

Our assessments are designed to ensure our customers are guided to the products that will best serve their needs.

We hold current qualifications for selling and consulting on mobility scooters and stairlifts and are happy to speak to you in store, or even visit your home with a range of products for you to try and choose from.

At Additional Aids Mobility, we believe that the largest part of an assessment is listening attentively to our customer’s needs and observing their abilities when trying the products we carry. We run through a list of questions with you in a friendly way to ensure we guide you to the options that will best serve your mobility requirements and encourage you to try a range of products within those options so you are able to make an informed choice.

If you are having trouble walking, sitting or sleeping, or simply find your quality of life has deteriorated over recent months, please contact us for an in-store or at-home assessment of your mobility needs. We’d love to help you regain your quality of life and enjoy better health and movement through the range of products we offer.

How to Choose Specialist Seating

It is advisable to carefully consider the user’s needs when choosing specialist seating.

Our store in Whitton has easy access through the front door for those with mobility issues and we stock a wide range of chairs that can be tried before a purchasing decision is made.

To ensure you purchase the correct specialist seating, begin by asking yourself the following:

Will the user be able to change their position on their own?

R

Where and how is their discomfort experienced when sitting?
