Additional Aids helped my elderly parents to have an stair lift installed and the whole operation could not have gone smoother, they allayed all my fears regarding fitting and installing and my Mum and Dad were using their new stair lift within days, they couldn’t be happier and nor could I.

Terry was excellent.. Had a pretty poor experience at a larger shop (London mobility) on the north circular road and Terry was patient and knowledgeable. Ended up with with a wheel Chair and 2 scooters.

Came here to look for a mobility scooter for my father. They were extremely helpful, explained things thoroughly and let my father try the scooter out. We both came away a lot more knowledgeable and definitely keen to move forward with the advice given.

Amazingly thankful for Nigel , who came to the rescue when my fragile elderly mum needed a replacement recliner chair at short notice. I live far away and Nigel answered my texts out of hours and quickly organised and delivered a fabulous new chair and removed the old one. Thus we didn’t have to wait for usual fitting and my mum was very comfortable very quickly. Just couldn’t be a better service.

Excellent service. Nigel came up to Scunthorpe to assess my mother-in-law for a mobility chair and was able to arrange a local installer for delivery and commissioning. Thanks Nigel!
